Delos Capital creates infrastructure, general construction company

Delos Capital said it established Edgard Construction Materials LLC as a value-added partner for infrastructure and general construction projects.

The New York-based private equity firm also said Edgard acquired the assets of Willow Bend Ventures LLC, including an approximately 1,200-acre tract of land in Louisiana's St. John the Baptist Parish.

Edgard, which operates as a building materials site, provides clay approved as contractor-furnished material by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, as well as other fill soils.
