Poirier,who joined Bearing's boardin August, will take over from Robert Cameron, who resigned "to focus onother endeavors," according to a Sept. 30 news release. Cameron willremain as an adviser to the company.
Bearingalso completed the saleof mineral assets in Canada and Mexico to Commander Resources Ltd. in exchange for 12,000,000common shares and C$15,000 in cash. The deal excludes Bearing's four fully owned properties inthe Yukon.
Bearingalso said it will issue up to 12,000,000 units via private placement at 13cents per unit.
