Parthenon Capital Partners-backed NXGEN International completed its acquisition of Paducah, Ky.-based electronic payment processing services provider Payment Plus Inc., according to a May 20 press release posted on the PE Hub Network.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Following the acquisition, Payment Plus President and CEO Tammy Zimmerman will continue to expand the combined entity's business in Kentucky and the Midwest.
