The supervisory board of Sberbank CZ a.s. appointed Pavel Krumpolc and András Kaliszky to the lender's management board from June 13.
Kaliszky will serve as chief operation officer, while Krumpolc was named chief corporate officer, the lender said June 14.
Sberbank CZ is controlled by Sberbank Europe AG, a unit of PAO Sberbank of Russia.
