Pareteum Corp. has promoted Denis McCarthy as the first president of the company.

McCarthy was previously senior vice president of corporate development at Pareteum. He will help the company's integration with newly acquired Artilium PLC.

The company also appointed Amy Love as its chief marketing officer. Prior to joining Pareteum, Love worked at the Georgia Institute of Technology Advanced Technology Development Center.
