Report: San Jose, Calif., twin towers to change hands for $285M

DivcoWest and Rockpoint Group LLC are close to wrapping up a more than $285 million purchase of the Riverpark Towers in San Jose, Calif., from Steelwave, the Silicon Valley Business Journal reported, citing sources familiar with the potential deal.

According to the sources, the partners have already put down a nonrefundable deposit on the twin office buildings at 300 Park Ave. and 333 W. San Carlos St. that are fully occupied or almost fully occupied, the report added.

Steelwave was reported to have enlisted Eastdil Secured in September to help close a deal.
