Old Dominion National Bank names chairman, president

Tysons Corner, Va.-based Old Dominion National Bank named CEO Mark Merrill chairman, effective July 26.

Merrill was named president, CEO and a director in June 2016, and will continue to be CEO.

Old Dominion also named Jack Infield president of the bank and a director. Infield was previously senior executive vice president of strategy, and he will continue to be president of the Centre1st division.

The bank named Alfred Moses a director. Moses is vice chairman and a co-founder of Promontory Interfinancial Network LLC, which provides deposit allocation services to banks, and he is senior counsel at Covington & Burling LLP. He is also the co-founder emeritus of risk management and regulatory compliance firm Promontory Financial Group LLC.
