Cora Health acquires 2 physical therapy clinics in Tennessee

Cora Health Services Inc. acquired Clinton Physical Therapy Center and Associated Therapeutics Inc. in Tennessee.

Financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.

The Ohio-based outpatient physical therapy services provider is a portfolio company of private equity firm Gryphon Investors.

Following the acquisitions, Cora will be operating 15 clinics in Tennessee. The clinics offer various treatment services, including outpatient physical therapy and general rehabilitation and rehabilitation for seniors. It operates more than 160 clinics in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
