Concord Securities to reduce share capital by NT$200M

Concord Securities Co. Ltd. is reducing its share capital by canceling 20 million treasury shares.

The company said Oct. 2 that it will reduce its capital by NT$200 million to NT$6.13 billion.

The company set Oct. 9 as the record date for the capital reduction.

As of Oct. 2, US$1 was equivalent to NT$30.39.
