Property developer Dynamic Star is proposing to build a $3.5 billion mixed-use project on industrial wasteland between the Harlem River and the Major Deegan Expressway in the Bronx, N.Y., the New York Post reported.
The company is in talks with the Department of City Planning for the Fordham Landing development that remains subject to land use approvals. The plan calls for about 2,800 residential units, a roughly 700,000-square-foot life science center, offices, retail, a hotel, conference center and community spaces across 5 million square feet.
CBRE is enlisted to lease the office space, according to the report.
