FuelCell Energy independent director resigns

Christina Lampe-Onnerud resigned from the board of FuelCell Energy Inc., effective March 19.

Lampe-Onnerud's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company, FuelCell Energy said in a filing. According to S&P Global Market Intelligence data, Lampe-Onnerud became an independent director of the company in November 2018.

She is the founder and current CEO of Cadenza Innovation Inc., a company that manufactures lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles. She is also the founder of Boston-Power Inc., a company that manufactures and markets lithium-ion batteries for transportation, utility energy storage, portable power, and government market applications in the U.S. and internationally.
