Computer Programs & Systems lowers size of credit facilities

Computer Programs & Systems Inc. amended its credit agreement with lenders to refinance and decrease the size of its credit facilities to $162 million from $175 million, which includes a $117 million term loan facility and $45 million revolving credit facility.

The amendment also extends the maturity date of the facilities to Oct. 13, 2022, and decreases the interest rates for LIBOR rate loans, base rate loans and the letter of credit fee.
