Omega Healthcare boosts quarterly dividend

Omega HealthcareInvestors Inc.'s board declared a quarterly dividend of 58 cents percommon share.

The dividend represents a 1-cent-per-share boost from the quarterly payout of 57 cents.

The company said April 14 that it will pay the dividend May 16to common stockholders of record as of market close May 2.

Omega Healthcare has about 188.2 million common shares and 8.9million operating partnership units outstanding as of the announcement date.
