T&D Holdings board approves new investment subsidiary

The board of Japan-based T&D Holdings Inc. has approved the creation of a wholly owned investment subsidiary.

The subsidiary, which has been named T&D United Capital Co. Ltd., is scheduled to open July 1 and will have capital stock of ¥50 million.

As of June 3, US$1 was equivalent to ¥108.41.
