FVCBankcorp's IPO underwriters partially exercise overallotment option

The underwriters of FVCBankcorp Inc.'s recently completed initial public offering have partially exercised their overallotment option by buying an additional 93,478 common shares at $20 apiece.

The Fairfax, Va.-based company raised approximately $1.7 million in net proceeds from the sale of the additional shares.

Sandler O'Neill & Partners LP and Raymond James & Associates Inc. acted as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
