CFO leaving Mechel

Mechel PAO said Dec. 29 that CFO Sergey Rezontov decided to leave the company, citing personal reasons. Rezontov was named CFO in June 2016.

According to a recent Reuters report, Mechel secured the support of 70% of its creditors for restructuring a US$1 billion loan.
