Australia's Questus Ltd. requested ASX Ltd. to extend a suspension of trading in its securities.

The company initially requested the suspension July 30 pending an announcement of a potential material acquisition, which it expected to release on or before Aug. 8.

The company said Aug. 8 that it is not yet in a position to make an announcement regarding the acquisition. The company now expects to make the announcement by Sept. 5.
