* Greece-based Piraeus Bank SA's board of directors elected Periklis Dontas as a nonexecutive member, replacing Per Anders Fasth.

Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d.

* Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. said the Croatian National Bank approved the appointment of Hannes Frotzbacher and Krešimir Barić as management board members.

The regulator also approved the reappointment of Christoph Schoefboeck as president of the management board.
