UEX Corp. said Dec. 12 that Colin Macdonald will be retiring as chairman, effective Dec. 31.

Macdonald, one of the company's founding members, has served as director since 2002 and as chairman since 2015.

In addition, UEX appointed Catherine Stretch to its board, effective Jan. 1, 2017.
