Hines Global closes $276M Seattle complex sale; Terreno pays $6.7M for Md. asset

* A unit of Hines Global REIT Properties LP, which is a subsidiary of Hines Global REIT Inc., closed on the sale of the two-building Komo Plaza in Seattle for $276.0 million, excluding transaction costs. Hines Global REIT 100/140 Fourth Ave LLC sold the mixed-use complex to GI TC Seattle LLC.

* Terreno Realty Corp. bought a property consisting of one rear-load industrial distribution building encompassing roughly 45,000 square feet in Lanham, Md., for about $6.7 million, representing an estimated stabilized cap rate of 6.1%. The property offers seven dock-high and four grade-level loading positions and parking for 81 cars. It is fully leased to a single tenant.

* Condor Hospitality Trust Inc. sold the 62-room Super 8 hotel in Burlington, Iowa, for $2.8 million and the 164-room Savannah Suites hotel in Atlanta for $3.0 million.

* Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX expanded its Dallas portfolio with the acquisition of the 366,549-square-foot Three Forest Plaza office building for an undisclosed sum. The property is 73% leased to several tenants, including Weaver & Tidwell, Huselton Morgan & Maultsby, QRx and US Oncology.
