AEGON NVagreed to sell 100% of its shares in unit Aegon Life Ukraine PJSC to .

The Dutch insurer said Sept. 22 that the transaction marks its exitfrom the Ukrainian market. The terms and conditions of the deal were notdisclosed.

TAS will merge Aegon Life Ukraine with its existing life insurerunder the brand TAS Life. The transaction is subject to customary closingconditions, including regulatory approvals.
