Fitch: Bank of Ayudhya to issue senior bonds

Bank of Ayudhya PCL plans to issue up to 10 billion Thai baht worth of senior unsecured bonds, Fitch Ratings (Thailand) said.

The bonds will have a maturity up to three years. Proceeds from the issue will be used for refinancing and general corporate purposes.

As of Oct. 4, US$1 was equivalent to 33.35 Thai baht.
