Asia Pacific Data Centre to delist from Australian stock exchange

Asia Pacific Data Centre will be delisted from the Australian stock exchange's Official List at the close of trading Dec. 24, following the Nov. 26 close of NEXTDC Ltd.'s takeover bid.

The internet software company suitor picked up the remaining data centre securities that were not tendered at A$2.00 per share Nov. 30, following the amassing of a 98.86% stake Nov. 26 under a A$2.02-apiece takeover bid for the Australian data center landlord.
