Korea Investment & Securities Co. Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding with U.S.-based Legg Mason Inc. to roll out funds investing in U.S. funds under management by Legg Mason.

The first fund to be introduced in South Korea under the partnership with Legg Mason will invest in Royce Opportunity Fund, specializing in U.S. small-cap equities.
