Kazakhstan-based Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC appointed Yeldar Tenizbayev as chairman of the management board, effective Jan. 6, 2020.

Tenizbayev is the lender's first deputy chairman of the management board. He will replace Alexander Kamalov, who will transfer to a different position within Sberbank Group, the lender's parent, PAO Sberbank of Russia, said in its Dec. 5 filing.
