TerraNova Partners, Michael Platt buy Carma Industries

TerraNova Partners LP and Michael Platt, in partnership with the Williams family, bought majority control of Carma Industries Inc. and Carma Billing Services Inc.

Carma is a Canadian manufacturer of utilities sub-metering equipment. It also provides utility billing solutions to multi-residential, condominium, commercial and institutional clients.

The Williams family will retain an ownership interest in Carma and, along with Ross Pilkey, will remain engaged in the day-to-day business. Platt joined the company in December 2018 and will be the new CEO.
