Julianna Ingersoll stepped down as the CEO, president and a board member of RREEF Property Trust Inc.

The diversified real estate investment trust said Ingersoll's resignation did not stem from any disagreement with the company, its adviser or any of their affiliates.

The company on Oct. 3 appointed W. Todd Henderson as its new CEO and Anne-Marie Vandenberg as its new president and COO, as well as a board member, with immediate effect.

Henderson, who has served as the company's chairman since February 2012, will continue in that capacity.

Vandenberg has served as a director and portfolio manager for DWS' Alternatives platform since September 2017, leading the RREEF Real Estate defined contribution strategy.
