LTC Properties pays $14.3M for Ga. facility; CyrusOne expands Texas data center

* LTCProperties Inc. bought Village at Athens in Athens, Ga., for $14.3 million. Thenewly constructed 70-unit assisted living and memory care community receivedits certificate of occupancy in May and has been added to an existing masterlease with a Thrive Senior Living affiliate at an 8% incremental initial cashyield.

* CyrusOneInc. added 9 MW of power to its San Antonio II data center in San Antonio,Texas, in conjunction with the newly finished data hall. Upon completion of thesecond phase, the facility is expected to encompass as much as 372,000 squarefeet.

* Global investment management firm Winton CapitalManagement signed a 10-year, full-service lease for 34,844 square feet of spaceon the top two floors at ColumbiaProperty Trust Inc.'s 20-story building at 315 Park Ave. S. inManhattan, N.Y., bringing the class-A office building to 97% occupancy. Thelease commenced July 1.

* 2M Research Services inked a lease for 12,177 square feetat Hartman Short Term IncomeProperties XX's SkymarkTower in Arlington, Texas, bringing the property's total occupancyto 77%. The new lease will begin Sept. 1 and will remain in effect through Nov.30, 2021.
