Argentina'sBanco de Valores SA plansto issue bonds with a total nominal value of 242.8 million Argentine pesos, thebank said in a statement April 7.
The bonds,to be issued on April 8 through a fund known as Fideicomiso Financiero Secubono134, will be divided into three series, A, B and C.
The bankreceived 32 bids for series A bonds with a nominal value of 191.2 million pesosand a proration of 0.34. It also received 18 bids for series B bonds with a nominalvalue of 8.5 million pesos and a proration of 0.68, as well as 10 bids for seriesC bonds with a nominal value of 12.1 million pesos and no proration.
As of April 7, US$1 was equivalentto 14.50 Argentine pesos.
