AMMB Holdings Bhd. and RHB Bank Bhd. will suspend trading of their respective securities on Bursa Malaysia from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time on June 1.

The trading halt is pending material announcements to be released by the companies, AMMB Holdings and RHB Bank said in separate filings.

The filings came after RHB Bank denied rumors in late April that it was in talks for a possible merger with AMMB Holdings.
