Credit Bank of Moscow sells Irish aircraft leasing unit

PAO Credit Bank of Moscow completed the sale of its Irish aircraft leasing subsidiary CBM Ireland Leasing Ltd. to GTLK Europe DAC for an undisclosed sum.

"Although the asset was attractive, it was noncore for the bank and we considered [a] potential sale from the very beginning," Credit Bank of Moscow CEO Vladimir Chubar said.

CBM Ireland Leasing owned six Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
