SphinxResources Ltd. on May 31 announced the execution of the option andjoint venture agreement with SOQUEM Inc., first flagged , allowing the latter to acquireup to 50% of the Calumet-Sud zinc project in Quebec.

The partners will start a SOQUEM-funded exploration programin June, consisting of helicopter-borne surveys, a ground gravimetric surveyand prospecting.
