Compounding pharmacy True Nature Holding Inc. has named James Crone as president and director, according to an Oct. 16 release.

Crone was a partner with Ames Scullin O'Haire from 2014 to 2018.

Atlanta-based True Nature Holding conducts compounding pharmacy activities direct to consumers, doctors and veterinary professionals, as well as the development of software applications in the healthcare industry.

Earlier in October, True Nature announced plans to acquire healthcare information technology applications developer Singularis Health LLC.
