Chiba Kogyo Bank to issue ¥6B worth of preferred shares

Chiba Kogyo Bank Ltd. plans to issue up to ¥6 billion worth of type 6 preferred shares to individual shareholders.

The lender said Oct. 21 that it will decide the actual issuing schedule at a later date.
