Gaming andLeisure Properties Inc. engaged Deloitte & Touche LLP as itsnew independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending Dec. 31.
Deloitte replaces Ernst & Young LLP, which was dismissedby the board's audit and compliance committee.
Gaming and Leisure noted that there were no disagreementswith Ernst & Young on any matter of accounting principles or practices,financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope and procedures with respect tothe firm's audit reports on its consolidated financial statements for thefiscal years ended Dec. 31, 2015, and Dec. 31, 2014, as well as in thesubsequent interim period from Jan. 1 to Sept. 19.
The change was implemented Sept. 19.
