First Derivatives PLC appointed Seamus Keating CEO of the group, effective immediately.

Keating, chairman of the group since 2013, will take over the position which has been vacant since the death of the company's founder Brian Conlon in July 2019.

Non-Executive Director Donna Troy will take over the position of chairman vacated by Keating.

Troy has been non-executive director of the company since January 2018.

The U.K.-based company has initiated a search for a non-executive director.
