Fiat Chrysler grosses $1.50 billion from debt offering

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV raised gross proceeds of $1.50 billion from an offering of 4.50% guaranteed senior notes due April 15, 2020.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes or working capital and redemption or repayment of debt securities.

Barclays Capital PLC, Citigroup Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc., Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and UBS Group AG were the lead underwriters.
