At the same time, the agency assigned Beazley unit Beazley ReDesignated Activity Co. an insurer financial strength rating of A+ and anissuer default rating of A.

All ratings carry stable outlooks.

The ratings of Beazley are supported by the company's stableunderwriting performance, its strong capital levels, its prudent reservingpractices and its established position in the London insurance market, Fitchsaid.
