Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE agreed to sell its Tour Ariane office building in Paris to Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC Pte. Ltd. for €464.9 million.

The sale of the approximately 64,500-square-meter office property in the La Défense business district, which is expected to close by year-end, is part of the global retail company's €3 billion asset disposal program.
