VBI Vaccines Inc. said Steven Rubin and Adam Logal resigned as board members, effective Oct. 18.

Their resignations were not due to any disagreement with VBI, the biopharmaceutical company said in a release.

Cambridge, Mass.-based VBI develops and sells vaccines for infectious disease and immuno-oncology in Israel and internationally.
