Sunworks reduces board of directors to 5 members

As part of the company's strategy to streamline board operations, Sunworks Inc. has reduced the size of its board of directors from eight to five.

The three directors who resigned will continue in other roles at the company, according to a Dec. 19 news release. Abe Emard has served the board since February 2016 and will continue in an operational and sales leadership role with the company. Brigham Tomco has served as a director since April 2015, while John Van Slooten has served as a director since December 2014.
