London-listed healthcare company Stallergenes Greer PLC said its shareholders elected Philip Broadley to the board.
Broadley, who will serve for an initial one-year term, is the former group finance director of Prudential PLC and Old Mutual PLC. He also sits on the board of AstraZeneca PLC, the Anglo–Swedish multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company that generated $22.46 billion in revenue last year.
Broadley's election comes as the terms of Patrick Langlois and Paolo Ricci, two existing directors of Stallergenes Greer, expired.
Langlois joined the company's board on June 30, 2012, while Ricci became a Stallergenes Greer director on July 16, 2015, according to S&P Capital IQ data.
