SL Green Realty Corp. is looking to sell its office tower at 600 Lexington Ave. in Midtown Manhattan, N.Y., Real Estate Alert reported, noting that the building is worth roughly $305 million.

The 36-story tower is expected to draw heavy bidding, given the small number of midsize offices being marketed for sale in Manhattan. The building is almost 100% leased, which the media outlet said could be suitable for core investors.

CBRE is marketing the asset on behalf of SL Green, according to the report.
