SK Holdings agrees to sell 10% stake in SK Securities to Cape Investment

SK Holdings, the largest shareholder of SK Securities Co. Ltd., has signed an agreement to sell its entire stake in the securities company to Cape Investment.

CAPE Investment & Securities Co. Ltd. unit Cape Investment will acquire 32,011,720 shares, or a 10.00% stake, in SK Securities for 60.82 billion South Korean won.

The bidder was picked as the preferred bidder in the stake sale in late July.

As of Aug. 11, US$1 was equivalent to 1,143.53 South Korean won.
