Eastern European Property Fund Ltd. agreed to sell its Romanian subsidiary for an expected price of €1.5 million.

The company signed a deal for the sale of Southern Properties SRL, the holding company for its property in Bucharest, Romania. The company expects to complete the transaction before Dec. 31.

After the sale, Eastern European's real estate portfolio will focus on Turkey and Bulgaria.
