Bedminster, N.J.-based andunit Peapack-Gladstone Banknamed Thomas Browersenior managing director for commercial private banking, according to a May 5news release.

Brower, who has more than 19 years of financialservices experience, most recently served as senior vice president and businessdevelopment officer at Wilmington, Del.-based , a unit of


MichaelGoletz was named senior vice president and business development officer ofWNB Specialty Finance, the asset-based lending and equipment finance divisionof The Woodlands, Texas-based WoodforestNational Bank, ABL Advisorreported May 5.

Goletzwas previously with GE Capital Corporate Finance, where he was in-charge ofsourcing asset-based and cash flow loans for middle-market borrowers in Ohio,Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan, according to the report.

WoodforestNational Bank is a subsidiary of WoodforestFinancial Group Inc.


Phoenix-based ArizonaBank & Trust appointed Tim Schultz market leader for private client services.Schultz succeeds Nancy Tengler, who was promoted to chief investment officer for Dubuque,Iowa-based Heartland Financial USAInc.

Schultz's career includes serving as regional wealthmanager for Racine, Wis.-based JohnsonBank, a unit of JohnsonFinancial Group Inc., according to a May 5 news release.


At Athens, Ga.-based , aunit of First American Bancorp,JohnnyBarnard and Tommy Carraway were appointed senior vice presidents andcommercial lenders. Hart Raley was named executive vice president, the Gwinnett Daily Post reported.

Barnard has 15 years of experience working in theGwinnett County banking community. Carraway has 26 years of experience workingat banks in the county and surrounding markets, according to the report.


Fargo, N.D.-based Bell State Bank & Trust named senior vice presidentand business banking officer, based in the bank's branch at The Colonnade, 5500Wayzata Blvd. in Minneapolis, according to a May 5 news release. Gutierrez,who has 17 years of banking experience, previously worked at St. Paul,Minn.-based Sunrise Banks NA,a unit of University FinancialCorp GBC.


Bell State Bank & Trust also appointed senior vicepresident and business banking officer, also based in bank's branch at TheColonnade, according to a separate news release. Jason Schuller was namedsenior vice president and senior wealth management adviser.


ArielPereda was appointed to the board of as an independentdirector, effective May 2, according to a Form 8-K filed May 4.


Tampa, Fla.-based HomeBanc NA, a unit of HomeBancorp Inc., appointedMilton Carroll Jr.senior vice president and commercial loan officer, based in Ocoee, Fla. Carrollhas more than 24 years of banking experience, according to a May 3 news release.


Waterbury, Conn.-based , a subsidiary ofWebster Financial Corp., named Paco Torradosenior vice president and head of capital markets. Torrado, who is based inManhattan, N.Y., was previously with CITGroup Inc., where he was managing director of capital markets.
