Malta-headquartered runoff specialist DARAG has secured €260 million of private equity investment from London-based Aleph and New York-based Crestview Partners LP.

The funding will be used to support growth plans for the business. The investment's completion is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to take place toward the end of the year.

DARAG Group was advised by Macquarie Capital (Europe) on the transaction.
