Stockexchange Bolsa de Valores de Lima on July 8 registered a capital increase of110.61 million Peruvian soles, which will increase its total capital to 182.09million soles, the exchange said in a securities filing July 11.
The newshares will be distributed to shareholders Aug. 3.
Shareholdersapproved the capital increase in March, the filing said.
As of July 11, US$1 was worth3.28 Peruvian soles.
