Triton Minerals Ltd. on Dec. 13 said it appointed David Edwards to the company's newly created role of CFO, effective Jan. 3, 2017.

Edwards will replace Paige Exley, who will resign Jan. 31, 2017, as company secretary and group financial controller to start maternity leave.

Edwards most recently served as general manager finance with contractor Clough Ltd. and was previously group financial controller at Fortescue Metals Group Ltd.
