Sydney-based AMP Ltd. unit AMP Capital Investors Ltd. acquired enterprise cloud computing and data center infrastructure-as-a-service provider Expedient Holdings USA LLC from Landmark Media Enterprises LLC, a Norfolk, Va.-based diversified media and business services provider.

The acquisition will not lead to any operational changes and Expedient's senior management team will remain intact.

The transaction will allow Expedient to further expand its enterprise cloud points of delivery across the U.S.
